"Echoes of the Lunar" Collection

In this collection, I explore the connection between the moon and life. The moon is an important celestial body that significantly influences the tides, coral spawning, and human biorhythms. I believe that water serves as the intermediary in the relationship between life and the moon. In Eastern thought, both the moon and water symbolize the passage of time, the impermanence of change, as well as the eternal aspects of cycles and rebirth. I believe that life, too, embodies both limitation and eternity.

In this work, I express the image of the moon's influence on life resonating through the air via the quiet rain.

Stories centered around the moon have existed throughout the world for centuries. In fact, the oldest known story in Japan is about the moon princess. I hope this collection will provide a new perspective on the stories surrounding the moon and our lives.
